Former Chaffey Player Named One of the Greatest Street Ballers of All Time

Former Chaffey College player, Larry “Bone Collector” Williams has been selected as one of the top 25 streetballers of all time by Complex magazine and one of the top 50 by Street Basketball Association. He made a name for himself after he won the Entertainers Basketball Classic (EBC - Rucker Park) MVP five consecutive years (2001 to 2006).

Williams, 39, earned his nickname, Bone Collector, for his ability to break players' ankles. Born in Texas , Williams grew up in Southern California. He played at Chaffey College and later for Globe Institute of Technology in New York City. While in New York City, he became an elite player at the Rucker Park.  

Williams never doubted his ability, challenging Allen Iverson to one-on-one games. He also challenged Kobe Bryant to a $50,000 one-on-one game. He was named the Most Dangerous Streetball Player in the World by SLAM magazine. 

He went on to become a personal trainer for NBA and collegiate players. He is currently the assistant coach at San Gabriel Adventist Academy in San Gabriel where he helped coach the team to California Division State Champions during the 2013-14 season.
