(Los Angeles, CA) Down 57-44 against Los Angeles Trade Tech (16-11, 5-2) at halftime, visiting Mt. SAC (6-19, 1-5) staged a second-half comeback to tie the score at 88 and to push the South Coast Conference North Division game to overtime on Wednesday, Feb. 12. In the extra period, the Beavers edged the Mounties to come away with a 102-100 win.

All five Mt. SAC starters scored in double digits. Gerald Jordan led the team with 29 points and 11 rebounds, while teammate Collin Reed added 21 points. Josh Jastrab and Maliq Neurell pitched in with 15 points apiece and Agustin Fernandez tallied 13.

The Mounties travel to Monterey Park to take on East Los Angeles College (25-1, 6-0) in an SCC North game on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m.
