Fairfield, Calif. - Sophomore Armon Economou counted a team-high 22 points, but the Falcons men's basketball team dropped its 2020 opener to Los Medanos, 90-76, on Thursday evening.

Economou shot over 50 percent from the field with six rebounds, while sophomore Berry Roseborough earned 19 points and three assists. Sophomore Dunnell Stafford rounded out the Falcons in double figures with 15 points, seven rebounds, three steals, and a pair of blocked shots.

The Solano men's basketball team (6-9, 1-2) return to action on Wednesday, Jan. 8 at Merritt. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
