BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield College men's basketball team secured a hard-fought 75-68 victory over Glendale at home, snapping their 4-game losing streak with a balanced team effort. The Renegades jumped out to a strong start, leading 39-28 at halftime, and held off a late push from the visiting Vaqueros.
Sophomore Khalil Shivers led the way off the bench with 21 points, shooting an efficient 7-for-10 from the field, while Isaiah Perry added 19 points and eight rebounds, knocking down four three-pointers.
