The American River College picked up a critical conference win after defeating Sierra College at home by a final score of 89-78.
The Beavers utilized a mixture of the long ball and paint dominance to take a double digit lead into halftime and to hold off a rally by Sierra in the second half.
With the win the Beavers improve to 6-5 in conference and will prepare for another critical conference game at home on Tuesday, February 4th, as they host Sacramento City College at 7:30 PM.
