COD (13-8; 5-4) snapped a four game losing streak by grabbing a lopsided victory over the Victor Valley Rams of Victorville (7-14; 4-5), 91-70.

Sophomore starting forward Kavonte Kinney (Cathedral City H.S.) led all scorers, grabbing his fifth straight double-double and his 11th of the season, scoring 20 points on 8 of 15 shooting and collecting 17 total rebounds, 12 of those defensive boards.

Sophomore starting guard Joshua Jones (Moreno Valley Valley View) and sophomore starting guard Sam Skipper (Perris H.S.) added 13 points each, as Jones went 4 of 7 from the field and 3 of 5 from three-point range and Skipper shot 5 of 14 from the field.

Sophomore starting guard John Rich (Palm Springs H.S.) contributed 12 points on 5 of 9 shooting and freshman starting guard Devlin Adams (Moreno Valley H.S.) led the team in assists, with 11 and steals, with three.

Sophomore forward Kristopher Howard (Palm Springs H.S.) had a spectacular day off of the bench, scoring 17 points and was perfect from the field, 7 of 7 and was 3 of 3 from the free throw line.
