Men’s basketball loses season finale at Sac City

The Falcons closed out their 2019-20 season on Friday night with a tough 88-82 loss at Sacramento City College.  As was often the case this season, the Falcons were competitive and pushed their opponent to the limit, but in the end came up just short.  On Friday the Falcons took a six point lead into the locker room at halftime, but were outscored by the Panthers 48-36 in the second half.  The lone bright spot for the Falcons was sophomore Everett Campbell, who finished his FLC career with a season-high 30-point effort.  Campbell made 11 of 16 (69%), including 5-of-7 three pointers.  The Falcons finished the season 7-21 overall and were 4-12 in the Big 8.
