Sophomore standout Chrys Jackson led the Condors to their first WSC win.  Jackson had 24 points, eight rebounds, and four assists. OC has been improving each game after a long layoff due to Covid protocol.  

Other Condors who stepped up were James Webster with 21 points, nine boards, and four steals, Anthony DeLaCruz with seven points and six rebounds, and Aries Vega with six points and three steals.

The Vaqueros were led by Brycyn Gosset with 14 points and and Billy Whitting with 11.

The Condor defense stifled SBCC, holding the Vaqueros to 25 points in the first half.  This will bode well in the Condors remainig seven remaining games in the very competitive, high-scoring Western State Conference North.  OC will travel to Allan Hancock College next Saturday, with the tipoff slated for 3:00 pm.
