The Falcon men traveled to Sonora on Saturday for the Columbia Classic Tournament, with games against Columbia on Saturday and Cerro Coso on Sunday.
In Saturday's opener, Columbia opened up a big first half lead, then coasted to an 82-60 win over the Falcons. Sophomores Pierce Rexford and Tre Adams led the Falcons in scoring with 14 and 12 points, while freshman Dane Johnson grabbed 9 rebounds and had 4 blocked shots. Freshman guard Cameron Wall had a nice first game stat line with 9 points, 6 assists, and 3 rebounds.
