The men's basketball team picked up two Big 8 victories last week to improve to 15-10 overall and 8-5 in conference.  On Tuesday they beat Cosumnes River 60-58 and on Friday they beat the #10 team in the state, Santa Rosa, 60-59.  Leaders for the Mustangs were Jaedon Malone (10 points, 7 rebounds vs. CRC) and Travis August (22 points and the game winning 3-pointer with 7 seconds left vs. SRJC).  The team returns to action Tuesday at American River.  The game is set to tip-off at 5:30p.
