Looking nothing like the team that opened Coast Conference play 0-2, the Cabrillo College Seahawks soared to a 31-2 lead on their way to a 91-40 rout of West Valley Wednesday night in Aptos. The Vikings (11-11, 2-4 Coast) were never in the game, falling behind 13-0 before Cristian Mejia's jumper put WVC on the board just before the 10:00 mark. Ken Opamuratawongse paced the Viking stat sheet with 10 points and eight rebounds. Linton Acliese led the Seahawks (11-9, 4-2) with 21 points. The Vikings head to De Anza (8-13, 2-4) Friday (1/26) to start the second half of the Coast season. WVC topped the Dons 75-58 on Jan. 3 in the conference season opener. Tipoff Friday is 7:00pm.
