Huntington Beach, Calif. - Golden West dominate first half propels them in home opening win 68-58 against El Camino Wednesday night. 

Maliq Neurell led the Rustlers with 14 points and Ricky Briseno chipped in 13 points on 4 of 9 shooting. Golden West jumped out to an early lead to take control of the game and held a 32-22 halftime lead. 

The Rustlers were leading by 20 points midway through the second half when the Warriors started to chip away at the lead. El Camino got within seven points with 47 seconds left but Golden West capitalized on their free throws late for the ten point victory. 

Golden West is back in action on the road Saturday December 4th when they take on San Diego Miramar at 5pm.
