SAN BRUNO – Rickey Mitchell Jr. scored 19 points while Miles Amos had 15 points to lead No. 2 state-ranked City College of San Francisco in a 73-56 Coast Conference North Division win at Skyline College on Wednesday night.
The Rams are back in the win column after suffering their first loss of the season on Friday at home against Los Positas College. Following the setback, CCSF dropped one spot in this week's California Community College Men's Basketball Coaches Association (CCCMBCA) state poll.
With Wednesday's win, the Rams improved to 16-1 overall and 2-1 in the Coast Conference North Division. CCSF is back in action on Friday (Jan. 17) at 7 p.m. when the Rams host Ohlone College in a Coast North game.
