The Condors claim the trophy at the Santa Barbara Holiday Classic basketball tournament, defeating Cuesta College with a final score of 71-59. This win extends the Condors' impressive streak to six consecutive victories.

The Condors showcased their talent early in the game, leading Cuesta 36-22 at halftime. Despite a strong second-half effort from Cuesta, Oxnard maintained their lead, thanks to stellar performances from key players.

Luke Ortiz (https://www.instagram.com/p/C3TOIetvI_P/?api=1) was named the tournament MVP, delivering an outstanding performance with 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 assists. His leadership on the court was instrumental in securing the win for the Condors.

Other notable contributions came from Isaac Means, who scored 18 points and grabbed 7 rebounds, and Daniel Ortiz, who added 12 points and 10 rebounds. The team's cohesive play and strategic execution were evident throughout the tournament.

Head Coach Ron McClurkin praised the team's effort and resilience, stating, "This was good for the guys and is a testament to their hard work, especially on defense. We are showing signs of how good we can be if we continue to work like this into conference."

The Condors' next game will be against LA Valley on December 20th from 4:00 pm, where they will look to continue their winning streak and build on their recent success.
