From the start, the game was a back-and-forth battle, with Ventura making a strong push in the second half. However, Oxnard's balanced offense and gritty defense ultimately prevailed. The Condors led at halftime 36-26, thanks to stellar performances from Myles Allison, who scored 23 points on 9-of-11 shooting, and Luke Ortiz, who added 15 points and 7 rebounds. The second half saw Ventura surge with a 44-point effort, but Oxnard's strong defense and timely scoring kept them at bay.

Key performances included:

  • Myles Allison: 23 points, 1 rebound, and 1 assist on 9-of-11 shooting, including 2-of-2 from beyond the arc.
  • Luke Ortiz: 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists.
