No. 1 Rams continue early-season surge with 91-69 win over Cabrillo

City College of San Francisco continued to cruise through its non-conference schedule, improving to 4-0 on the early season with a 91-69 victory over visiting Cabrillo College on Friday night.

The Rams, ranked No. 1 in the preseason Northern California poll by the CCCMBCA, has won 34 straight games dating back to the 2019-20 season.

On Friday, the Rams held a narrow 41-37 lead at halftime but pulled away with a 50-point second half. CCSF outrebounded Cabrillo (1-2) by a 45-31 margin and took advantage of 19 turnovers by the Seahawks.

Seyi Reilly came off the bench to lead the Rams with 18 points. Julian Vaughn added 12 points and 8 rebounds while Emmett Neal posted 10 points and 8 boards.

The Rams return to action next Friday (Nov. 19) when they host West Valley College in a 5 p.m. game.
